Proposed 19-story tower that would feature 131 residential rental apartments with approximately 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Apartments would range from studios to three-bedrooms. Resident amenities would include an outdoor landscaped rooftop deck with a southern exposure, common space and bicycle storage. Associated public realm improvements would also be made to the adjacent Church Street public plaza.
The 212 Stuart Street development team has finalized a lease for up to 50 parking spaces in the adjacent 200 Stuart Street parking garage; vehicle parking would not be located on site. 212 Stuart Street would be located in the heart of Downtown Boston a short walk to Copley Square, the Financial District and Downtown Crossing. The MBTA Green Line is located steps away. Construction of 212 Stuart Street is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017 and last about 20 months.
