A proposal for two new five-story residential buildings with 58 apartments and commercial space in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood is under review by the Boston Planning & Development Agency.

CRM Property Management Corp. hopes to construct a building with 33 studio to two-bedroom apartments and 850 square feet of commercial space at 3371-3375 Washington St. The second building, with 25 one- to three-bedroom units and 880 square feet of commercial space, would be located at 197-201 Green St.

Ten of the apartments would be designated as affordable units.

Each building would include outdoor decks, a bicycle room, gym and lounge. A common driveway on Green Street would lead to 33 ground-level parking spaces.
