A Boston developer is seeking Boston Planning & Development Agency approval for a 16-unit condominium building near Andrew Square in South Boston that has a $6.2 million project price tag.
Anthony Saladino, of Transcend LLC, wants to construct the five-story building at 33-39 Ward St.
Thirteen two-bedroom and three three-bedroom units, with two to 3 1⁄2 bathrooms and ranging from 1,067 to 2,104 square feet, are planned. Six units would have balconies, and two would be affordable.
