Developers are pushing ahead with a tower in Dudley Square that would be the tallest building the neighborhood has ever seen.
A firm led by veteran developer Lisa Guscott filed official notice with the Boston Planning & Development Agency Friday for a 25-story apartment tower across from the Dudley MBTA station. It would have 236 units, and would be among the largest projects yet in a neighborhood that’s seeing a surge of proposed development.
There’s no timeline yet to start construction, said project manager Beverley Johnson. But the filing with BPDA will launch community review and help to finalize plans for the building.
