Tishman Speyer’s $500 million Pier 4 development project overlooking Boston Harbor will feature a 13-story office building containing 353,000 square feet of office space with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a nine-story residential building containing 100 luxurious condominiums with 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
A total of 37,000 square feet of ground-floor retail will be located at Pier 4. Both buildings will feature rooftop terraces and state-of-the-art amenities. Pier 4 will include a one-acre public waterfront park. A two-level underground parking garage will be located on site.
