Town officials and the developers of the Petersen Pool/Rink complex will meet next week to resolve traffic issues.
Scott Lacy, a lawyer for co-developer BSC Partners, gave the planning board an update Tuesday night. The complex would be built on the Braintree High School campus near the intersection of Granite and Town streets.
“We are still working on some traffic issues,” Lacy told the board.
Added school committee Vice Chairman Thomas Devin, “There are some traffic issues we can massage a little bit.”
Under a shared-parking agreement with the school committee, BSC Partners would give the schools priority use of the 495 parking spaces in the student lot for up to 17 events per year, such as high school graduation and parent-teacher conferences. the agreement has been approved by the town’s zoning board of appeals.
