Residents who live in the Nobscot neighborhood of Framingham are encouraged to attend an upcoming meeting to review the latest conceptual design plans for the Nobscot Shopping Center. The meeting will be held Jan. 11 at 7 p.m. at The Heritage, an assisted living facility located at 747 Water St. According to town officials, the latest idea includes a free-standing CVS store, as well as a 165-unit multifamily residential development with 8,000 square feet of retail space at street level facing Water Street. The plaza is located at Water Street and Edgell Road and is nearly vacant.
