QUINCY – The developer that constructed an apartment building at the former Temple Beth El site wants to build a second building next door, adding 60 more apartments.

Boston Property Development, a Quincy company, has proposed knocking down the three two-family homes at 23 & 31 Bridge St. to make room for a new six-story building holding 60 apartments and two parking levels holding at least 90 spaces.
