Another week, another South Boston development proposal.
This time it’s Milton-based Trinity Green Development’s plan to demolish the single-story industrial building at 20 West Fifth Street and replace it with a 54-unit apartment complex with a 41-space garage.
Trinity Green already owns the building, which has housed a conveyor-belt, motors, and drives concern since 1970. Per the Herald’s Donna Goodison, that company plans to relocate so Trinity Green can demolish the building.
